Previously forgot to update fontRevision when updating the name table
version string. Also, the commit date/id was created before the
actual pushed commits, so were not correct. This fixes that.
The version string remains at 2.004 and now the fontRevision matches.
Previously we haven't put the binary into the repo itself, since it's
built using the tooling. But people who fetch fonts from the get/noto
website want to know more about the version history of the fonts they
find there. Checking the binary into the noto-emoji site will facilitate
this.
This was built locally from the public images using the standard makefile
and zopflipng.
Fixes remaining lint issues.
Additional fixes make this differ from the source drop provide by
Monotype, however this retains the same version number as they provided:
- renames the file and adjusts name table to conform to our existing naming
- moves the PUA characters that were in plane 0 to the PUA in plane 15 in
order to match NotoColorEmoji
